What a fabulous movie poster this one is - such a great title - Miracle on 34th Street! And of course this one was right down my alley, pardon the pun, because I moved into my new home last year & it surely was a miracle that we were able to buy it!
So here is the criteria -
1) A santa on the page= 1 pt
2) Brown, orange and yellow hues = 2 pts
3) Use your house number as part of the same title

I added a touch of red as well, because my new home has touches of red throughout - red cushions, vases, paintings.
