Loved @ Sketchy Boards Challenge

Hello everyone,

Been under the weather in bits & pieces in February...and also some wonderful happening too. 

Life as it is!

Here is the Sketchy Boards Challenge

and it is a fabulous one.

So using the colour palette here is my page about my beloved hubby, Pete

 

I have used loads of bits & bobs here, cos I love them on a LO.

Arty Paree @ Sketchy Boards Challenge

Sketchy Boards Challenge has a great sketch & theme for September...

 here it is..

So here is my arty page...

I had loads of fun with colours & the background on water colour paper - have I told you its my favourite!

My Jade took this photo at night in Paree in 2005, & I printed it our today... & the blacks went red, so I thought - that suits my LO! 

I have used some scrap paper, Papercraft frames, Prima stamps & Dew Drop inks, Amy Tan washi tape

and Heidi Swapp stickers, dots & hearts...

And enjoyed scrapping this page for sure!.

I Heart This @ Sketchy Boards

Now when I saw this challenge over at Sketchy Boards Challenge, I just couldn't put it out of my mind...I loved the intense greens...it just spoke to me..

So I have spent a bit of most days of June, with paints & inks & texture paste & stitching on old book paper on this A4 canvas.   Just putting it on in dribs & drabs & letting it dry in between.

 

BUT I hadn't chosen my photo...& I wanted one on here, & my Jade gave me this gorgeous one of my granddaughter Pippa & myself today....it is wonderful, 

& perfect to hang on the wall!

I have used the sketch too...loosely...in my way...as we scrappers do.

Happy, Happy with the result...
