Here is the lovely design for the latest Freshly Made Sketches challenge

It is very versatile, isn't it?

And here is my card using up lovely vintage style scraps in my stash... I have used a Heidi Swapp bubble sticker, so this card is named 'Dream"

Very happy with the colours on the silver card stock.

These pink flowers are gorgeous!

Merry Christmas @ Freshly Made Sketches

Another wonderful sketch from

Freshly Made Sketches...

Very versatile, & very pretty I think! 

So I am in a 'Christmas card making mode' & turning the sketch on the side...I loved making this one.

I have used a creamy card as my base...it has a gentle sheen to it & some machine stitching.

 I have added a delightful vellum washi tape with silver threads & then some lovely light muslin.

I then added a beautiful die cut sent to me by my dear friend Karen from Canada.  I love the sparklies on the flower, & feel it sets it off well.

Love & Pineapple Pickles @ FMS

Another Saturday afternoon where I was doing chores, 

& I had to stop & make this card - for a rest!

So using this lovely sketch from Freshly Made Sketches

  

I really enjoyed working on this card.

I did eleborate & embellish my card - but I wanted a romantic & loving feel to it.

I used a Kaisercraft card base along with white CS, Inked edges, hand dyed seam binding, Kaisercraft pearls, flowery ribbon, stamping, metal flower & an ATC that I made.

It is a mixed media ATC with tissue & gesso, music paper, butterflies & hearts.

Thank you for a lovely sketch that I did play with.

I actually spent most of the morning making Picked Pineapple Chutney.

It is a friends birthday & she loves home 'mades', so this will be just right with her.

 I have used gorgeous white, white, white CS along with a beautiful die cut I was given by Leanne, a sweet hand made flower from Sharon & a sticker from Kaisercraft 'Time machine' .

A small chippie from AZ Scraplets added a lift on top of my new Prima Finnbair stamp....

Here is another lovely card sketch across at Freshly Made Sketches

They are always open to so much interpretation.

So here is my card....& I have rotated the sketch 90deg, & just loved making this card.

I have used a beautiful card base, one with a lovely sheen, layered with a PL card, & with a piece of October Afternoon scrap attached to the back.

I have then added an acrylic flower die cut along with 2 flower diecuts from Heidi Swapp, & lovely enamel dots from Twine & Ink.

J'adore @ Freshly Made Sketches

It is about time I played along with Freshly Made Sketches....especially with this simple but so elegant sketch

I was very inspired to get to my desk & make a card with this one.

So here is my card....

I have used these wonderful Prima stamps to create the background using various Prima & VersaColor inks. This is layered onto Basic Grey paper, with builders tape & yellow embroidery cotton over the top. The fabulous paper clip, butterflies & die cut are all from Studio Calico.

Fell over a new card sketch challenge blog...

Freshly Made Sketches

and what a great card they have this week, it was designed by Jen T..

 

So I had a play this afternoon, in my 'freshly tidied & re-organised' scraproom..oh it was lovely to know where things were & mave more than a 6inch spot on my desk to play with! :)

I used some of the leftover chevron pp that we made  Jade's 'Save the Date' envelopes from as my base, with pieces American Crafts & MME scrap paper in my 'must use up' drawer, some embroidery thread, a resin flower, button & KC rhinestones.

A lovely challenge - thank you!
