April already - wow!!! I cant believe it!

So another fabulous palette from Color Me Scrappy & here it is...

And here is my take 

I just loved these colours from when I saw them, they gave me a ‘sunny & happy’ feel.

So I choose this photo of my 7 year old grandson Harry, to work with this palette -

he is such a dear lad & rather a wag too!

Found this little paper bag so added a journaling card, with my story tucked into it.

Huge news...fabulous news....great news!!! 

Yay...I am on the Design Team of Color Me Scrappy from today March 1 til June 2014!!  Yay!!

Other than spelling colour differently, heheheehe...I am thrilled!!

So using this divine soft & gentle palette I worked on this page..

 

 - with a very long title that I love!!!

Live Fully

At Color Me Scrappy this week the palette is just yummy...well, it is!!!

The Twist:  Use Wood.  

(Paper, wood chips, twigs ... be creative!) 

So I had a little play with this gorgeous inspiration & here is what I came up with...

 

I have embossed a white tag with my wood folder as well as using a Prima Bark heart.

Picture Perfect

Now there is a completely different colour palette at Color Me Scrappy this month...a delightful array of colours...

And ...& the twist is the fabulous sketch...

So here is my page....

I have used this gorgeous flower shaped postcard that my lovely friend Trish bought back from Holland after visiting her daughter who is working there...she knew I would scrap it!!!

I think the palette was perfect for this...don't you??

I have used some scrap paper, washi & stitching as well.
