The Big One

I was the luckiest duck recently when I won the LSBS 52 Pickup Prize Draw...all the gals that participated were in the running & the lovely Tracy's daughter Fliss picked me out of the barrell.....

Well 'The Big One' has arrived...I am so overwhelmed by the LSBS generosity, that I am still flabberghasted!!

LSBS Seasoned Scrapper

Woo hoo - great news!!!

From this Sunday 31st January the Little Scrapbook Shop will be beginning their newest challenge that runs the whole of 2010 & it is titled The Seasoned Scrapper. What a great name!! It is a weekly challenge & will be split into the Seasons - summer, autumn, winter & spring.

The challenges will posted on Sundays at about 7pm, & you will have until the following Sunday to upload your creations to be in with a chance of winning a $10 gift voucher.

My lovely scrapping friend Sandie has a little idea to use up last years calendar, in a positive way. So photographed the 12 months of my lovely beach themed calendar, & printed the first photo & made a card...

Used white bazzill CS, KC Offshore pp, ribbon, KC rubon, Dew Drop ink & little dragonfly pin sent to me in a lovely RAK.

Cards, cards, cards..

I needed a card just after Christmas, so last week I made a few to tide me over. I have used a Delish Designs paper pack, plus cardstock & ribbon & now have a little store of generic cards. When the event happens I can stamp or rub on a sentiment. Happy with these feminine ones.

A new decade - a new blog

Summertime...well....there is warmth in the air, but gee those clouds!! Been very overcast & raining for about 2 weeks.....but a promising day today, blue skies above.
