Here is a photo taken in May 1975, with some friends at the Gold Coast for the weekend...a prize we won from the Jacaranda Festival 1974. That's me & my cool top - that I loved - in the front...

 

This was fun to play with I have to say...it looks like a page from the 70's too! :)

Oh I LOVE a wedding card!

Over at 4 Crafty Chicks they want to see some Wedding cards....so here is the one that I finished for my young friend Naomi's impending wedding on February 1. 

 

I have used her colours, of purple, silver & white to make this...hope she likes it!

My dear GS Harry lost one tooth before Christmas, & then another one the day after....so had this fab photo & just played with lots of colour of washi & paper, & CS, & alphas...

Beach Escape

 

Black with 2 have added a Mood Board to their monthly criteria...

and what a fab one to start the year off with I say! here it is..

 

Now as I have some fabulous photos from Jade about their holiday in Fiji, I couldn't help but use on for this perfect board...

I used Ranger Malted Milk dabber, along with Metallic sand paint with 2 masks, then some Sea Breeze ink pad & 3 stamps for my background. I used several washi tapes, wooden embellies, torn bandage, stamps, Tattered Inspiration pin, ribbon..along with playing with the sketch a little bit too.

 

There is plenty of time to join in...so why don't you??

Getaway

I am just loving this scrapping time I have had...a few days off work, & no major commitments,

what a treat!!

 

Over at White With 1 the criteria for January is

So here is my page using lots of Kaisercraft 'Paradiso' range which has tangerines, oranges, greens & whites along with lovely white Bazzill CS, more KC Base Coat pp (which forms a lovely base here) some lovely dottys & flower & leaf from Tattered Inspirations.

 

I just love this photo of Jade taken last week in Fiji, with the wind in her hair & the palm trees above...a photo of freedom & happiness.

Get well....

Over at 4 Crafty Chicks the challenge is a Get Well card...so being home on holidays I have had a chance to scrap yet again today...oh I don't want to go back to 'the grind' Monday!! :)

It is so hot here today we have the a/c on, but my photos take well outside on the BBQ lid..so this definately was a happy snappy snap...

I have based my page on the sails & used a photo of my Pete on his windsurfer, ready for a speed sail on the beautiful water of the Clarence River at Yamba.
