so sweet little artwork by Antje Collis called Tra-la-la.

 

So here is my page using doodling, water colour paper, pastels..& fun!

I wanted to use this gorgeous photo & just love fiddling with this paper & the doodling on the paint too.

Playing along with 4 Crafty Chicks this challenge & gee this is one clever idea.

Challenge #219 - BINGO!

Pick one letter and make a project using the items in that column.

So I chose the G column  

Here is my Christmas Card - 

Using die - rectangles with rounded corners, free - paper layers, ribbon - die cut ribbon, animal - reindeer, & 2 die cut feathers

Most of this card is made up from the Kaisercraft Christmas Basecoat range...I just love it!

Wet Washing @ Archi-scraps

I saw the criteria & inspiration over at Archi-scraps, & smiled at those amazing building & also this song popped in my head....

well it usually does, 

a daily song at the clothes line for me! :)

Firstly the picture for inspiration..

 - isn't it amazing! 

The CRITERIA is to use a song title.

So here is my LO...

 So with a chuckle, I have used a little preschool song, that is so apt at my home as it is so windy here!

In Concert @ Stick it Down

Joining in with the scrappers at Stick it Down for my first time.

This is their Tuesday Sketch..it's rather great hey!

And of course, being a sketch I like it!

So here is my page..

I have used green cardstock, along with one of my art journal pages showing off this pretty good photo, taken at some distance of the amazing Carol King & James Taylor at a concert in Sydney a few years back. Some great washi & little embellies just set the scene.

This Is Living @ The Memory Nest

Well Leslie's sketch for this weeks Make It Monday at The Memory Nest is one I know I will use again & again....it worked so well on my 8.5 x 11 page.

I did tweek it a bit..I turned the sketch 90deg & shifted the title spot...but I like it!

So using some fabulous MME paper, & some KC PL journaling bits I realy enjoyed scrapping this page of my Ben when he was on a hike in the Dorrigo National Park in October 2014.

  

I used the grey woodgrain with greens. teal & blue...& just love that colour combo.

Such fabulous woodgrain pp by Simple Stories - I love woodgrain - along with some PL cards, gelato dots, buttons, brads & random stickers & that lovely Scrapmatts cat too!

Love You Always @ Scrappy Canary

More scrapping at the Scrappy Canary & this time it was Manda Moore's challenge..

So I had to lift...Tarrah Maclean's gorgeous page, minus her lovely kit as I haven't got it...yet!

I have used Kaisercraft collectibles along with some Basic Grey fabric ones & using this great photo of Pippi, Pete & I.

Wonder Full @ Kreative Koncepts

Well I have to say I am SO very honoured to be a Guest Designer at Kreative Koncepts for November...

 

Here is Jodi Thompson Hard's fabulous sketch

And here is my page....

My little granddaughter was visiting & created the background colour (water colour paper sticky taped to the wheelie bin) ....3 colours, red, yellow & blue painted over & over til we had black...and them I used Heidi Swapp mists & stencil for that lift in colour.

I wanted to use orange & yellow and kraft on this page..& I think it worked well with the photos.

Plus machine stitching & bling... of course!

My Gals @ Scrappy Canary

The next challenge I worked on for the Scrappy Canary Cybercrop is this one...

 

And of course I loved it...

So I choose these great photos of my Jade & Pippi to work with the orange & black colour scheme.

 

I love these October Afternoon papers, mixed with some great black & gold sequins...oh I forgot to say sequins feature with me so much now - and of course some misted chevrons....totally Jade!

Well this week's sketch at Let's Scrap is yet another beauty

And I used the left side for my page about my Jade being in Paris in March 2006.... a selfie taken 'before they were fashionable'..hehehe

I have used some fabulous Studio Calico paper as my background along with October afternoon papers too. Good ol' washi made an appearance, & some fabulous Kaisercraft word stickers, & D'Lish Scraps dots.
